There is a difference between theory and practice. Dr. Eurydice provides more than 20 years of experience conducting training on racism, discrimination, diversity and inclusion for the Department of Defense and her personal experience being attacked by deputy sheriffs in rual Georgia to address the topic of racism, one of the greatest challenges of our time. Dr. Eurydice presents challenging issues with skill and professionalism, providing key concepts and strategies to fight and end discrimination to include being an ally.

The only constant is change. Within the short span of three years, Dr. Eurydice, the oldest of three siblings, lost all of her brothers. Dr. Eurydice shares her experiences and strategies that helped her return to productivity from a place of extreme trauma. During this presentation, she promotes mental health and strategies to promote resilience to ensure that listeners not only survive, but thrive.
Dr. Eurydice shares leadership experiences from her service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army. She provided a contributing chapter published in the book, "Camoflaged Sisters: Leadership Through the Eyes of Senior Military Women Leaders." Dr. Eurydice provides 8 key concepts that are proven success strategies for leaders.
Surviving Suicide
Dr. Eurydice's family was devastated when her baby brother, former Army Specialist Aaron Weiss, took his life in 2016. Although she developed numerous "Buddy Care" programs while in the Army, she did not see any signs from her brother and was completely caught off guard by his loss. She shares her experiences and strategies to survive the long road of loss and grief due to the suicide of a loved one.
